EMPLOYMENT AND LABOUR RELATIONS COURT ACT

This Act may be cited as the Employment and Labour Relations Court Act, 2011. [Act No. 18 of 2014, Sch.] 2. Interpretation (1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— "Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to employment and labour relations;
