The investigations carried out on low grade iron ore fines reveal the following: 1. The low grade iron ore fines contain around 45 % Fe, 10.69 % SiO 2 and 12.25 % Al 2 O 3. 2. The ore contains around 30 % hematite, 6.79 % magnetite and the balance is goethite as iron ore minerals.
